If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@tendhq.io from the address on your account and include your order date. We'll confirm and process the refund through Paddle, our payment provider, and it will go back to your original payment method.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the paid period, and the 30-day guarantee still applies to your most recent payment.
