What happens at 25 people?
Nothing breaks. You keep every note and every reminder — you just can't add someone new until you upgrade. The 25 counts everyone in your church once, however many groups they're in. We'll never lock you out of what you've written.
How do extra leaders work?
Individual includes one leader and Church includes five. Add anyone beyond that and it's $2.99 a month each — the bill updates by itself, and it drops again when someone leaves.
Do I pay for texts?
No. Tend suggests the words and you send them yourself, so there's nothing metered and no per-message cost.
